Shipping policy

Every order is carefully prepared by our dedicated team during the workweek (Monday–Friday, statutory holidays excluded). We generally ship within 4 to 5 business days unless the product listing indicates otherwise. For our U.S. buyers, we’ve streamlined shipping through our American distribution center, so unexpected customs fees are not a concern. Rest assured, we’re doing all we can to dispatch promptly; however, please plan for up to 15 business days in transit, as we rely on current stock levels at our U.S. hub.
